SLA/DLP/LCD 3D Printers (7 products)
SLA (Stereolithography) is a method that hardens photocurable resin with laser light, building up layers to create a 3D object. During the process, a laser spot scans the resin surface, enabling the production of highly detailed and complex shapes with high reproducibility. Its applications are wide-ranging, suitable for everything from prototyping to casting patterns (lost wax), industrial uses, and the creation of precision models such as jewelry. In recent years, the demand for SLA (stereolithography) 3D printers has been increasing in fields where accuracy and surface quality are paramount.
On the other hand, the DLP method also uses the principle of photocuring, but while SLA scans with a point (laser), DLP exposes an entire layer at once using an area (projection) via a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device). A key feature is that it can harden an entire layer at once, allowing for high-resolution modeling to be done quickly. The LCD method also builds objects with area exposure, and the appropriate method can be selected depending on the application and desired quality.
