SLA/DLP/LCD-Cure 3D Printer (33 products)

SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printers use a laser light source of specific energy to irradiate photosensitive resin, causing it to solidify and take shape. Therefore, throughout the printing process, you can see the laser beam moving continuously on the surface of the photosensitive resin, and the final product is created through layer-by-layer curing and stacking. SLA 3D printers can print intricate and complex structures with great accuracy, and can also print large objects. Their applications are extremely wide-ranging, from prototyping and lost-wax casting to practical industrial applications and the creation of extremely fine jewelry prototypes. Therefore, the demand for SLA 3D printers has grown rapidly in recent years!
Unlike FDM/FFF (Fused Deposition Modeling/Fused Filament Fabrication) thermal fusion 3D printers , DLP 3D printers use a photopolymerization principle, where photosensitive resin is cured by irradiating a specific energy light source to form a finished product. While using the same principle as SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printers , the technological difference lies in the fact that DLP does not use a point light source; instead, it uses a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) to project a surface light source onto the liquid photosensitive resin to form the final product. Because it cures one surface at a time, DLP 3D printers can accurately and quickly produce high-resolution finished products.
