Compressed air molding machine

Pressure forming (pressure/vacuum forming) is a thermoforming method where a heated resin sheet is pressed against a mold using air pressure, allowing for high detail and texture reproduction. It is also used for prototyping and small-batch production of parts such as covers, exteriors, and jigs.
The process involves setting a resin sheet in a forming machine and heating it. Once it reaches the appropriate temperature, it is pressed against the mold with compressed air to form it. Air is vented through vents, and after cooling and hardening, the part is removed. We propose implementations tailored to your specific application, including post-forming trimming and adjustments.
