1. What are the model limitations for 3D printing?
Since the nozzle diameter is 0.4mm, objects smaller than 0.4mm cannot be formed, and the wall thickness must be greater than 0.4mm.
The circular hole must be larger than 0.8mm, and the object cannot be smaller than 1 cubic centimeter.
The maximum size cannot exceed 20 x 20 x 30 cubic centimeters (large drawings need to be disassembled by yourself)

2. How do I export a 3D file to an STL file?

3.What is layer thickness? What are the currently available layer thicknesses?
Layer thickness refers to the thickness (height) of the model each time it grows. Smaller layer thicknesses result in finer quality. If the model has many overhanging parts, it is recommended to choose a higher layer thickness to achieve better surface quality.

The current standard print layer thickness is 0.2mm, which is the best choice for both detail and time. If further adjustments are required, please contact us directly.

4. What is the printing accuracy?
The printing accuracy of FDM models is about 0.4~0.3mm (fine surface texture)
The printing accuracy of SLA models is about 0.1mm (smooth surface)
The printing accuracy of the MJF model is approximately 0.1mm (matte texture)

5. What is the time and cost of 3D printing?
Costs vary depending on the size and material of the object. For a typical-sized object, it takes approximately 3-5 business days. 8. How can I get 3D printing done without a 3D file?
If you have a physical model, simply fill out the 3D scanning online form and provide photos of your object and its actual dimensions. We will assist you as quickly as possible, providing a scanning service quote and timeline based on the size and complexity of your object, ensuring your workflow is not delayed!

9. What are the business hours of Sandima?
Monday to Friday
9:00-11:50 AM
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
(One hour and ten minute lunch break, weekends off, and national holidays)

2. Can I print samples for testing before purchasing the machine?
You can enjoy OEM preferential price when you purchase the machine for the first evaluation and print samples. Please contact the sales for details.

3. What is the delivery time of the equipment?
Most machines are delivered within a week. However, due to force majeure factors such as the pandemic and flight delays, delivery times may be longer. Delivery times may vary depending on the brand and model. Please call or email us before purchasing. 3DMart sales representatives will contact us and provide professional advice.

4. After-sales service and complete teaching?
All equipment is available, and professional teaching services are also available for Snapmaker 3-in-1 series 3D printers , Original Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printers , and Phrozen light-curing 3D printers , all of which are conducted at the Sandima office.

5. What is the warranty period for this machine?
Most brands have a full one-year warranty. For detailed information, please call or email to confirm the warranty period for a single device.
