Due to the 0.4mm nozzle diameter, objects smaller than 0.4mm cannot be formed. Wall thickness must be greater than 0.4mm. Round holes must be larger than 0.8mm, and the minimum object size cannot be less than 1 cubic centimeter. The maximum size cannot exceed 20 x 20 x 30 cubic centimeters (large models need to be split by the user).

3. What is layer thickness? What are the currently available print layer thicknesses?
Layer thickness refers to the thickness (height) of each layer as the model is built upwards. A smaller layer thickness results in finer quality. If the model has many unsupported overhangs, it is recommended to choose a larger layer thickness for better surface quality. The general print layer thickness (Layers) currently offered is 0.2mm, which is the best choice for detail and time. If further adjustments are needed, please contact us directly.
4. What is the printing accuracy?
The printing accuracy for FDM models is approximately 0.4~0.3mm (fine surface texture). The printing accuracy for SLA models is approximately 0.1mm (smooth surface). 5. 3D printing commissioned work time and cost?
Costs vary depending on object size and material. For average-sized objects, it generally takes 3-5 business days to upload 3D files (STL format) to the quotation system. 8. How do I proceed with 3D printing if I don't have a 3D file?
If you have a physical model, simply fill out the 3D scanning online form and provide multiple photos of the object along with its actual dimensions. We will quickly assist you based on the object's dimensions and complexity, providing a quotation and estimated working hours for scanning services to ensure your workflow is not delayed!
9. 3DMart Business Hours?
Monday to Friday 09:00-11:50 AM 01:00-06:00 PM (Lunch break for one hour and ten minutes at noon, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
