He designed the electronics and casing of the "platform tester" in just 12 hours, replacing the original bulky equipment. Production and assembly using the Sinterit Lisa 3D printer took only one working day, and these devices were ready for immediate use.


High temperature detector

Another improved device is the "high-temperature detector," a pyrometer responsible for monitoring the internal temperature of the 3D printer to maintain a stable printing process. Each pyrometer undergoes comprehensive testing before leaving the factory. Because the testing equipment is developed in-house, it has no additional protection devices besides the wires and circuit boards, and is not easy to move. Siemon's improved tester has more functions and reliability, and the entire process, from design and printing to assembly, also took only 12 hours.
