[3D Printing News] Sharing SLS Powder Sintering 3D Printed Products
The newly introduced bright red Sinterit Lisa SLS 3D printer has everyone in the office itching to print some things.
Let's take a look at the results. This time, we 3D printed some samples again.

The brake caliper model that has just been printed will appear as a large gray powder block when taken out of the SLS 3D printer. After cleaning away the excess powder, you can see the brake caliper model. First, use a small brush to disperse the unwanted powder, and then put it into the sandblasting machine to use an air compressor for a more complete cleaning.
It looks like an ancient site that has just been unearthed. 
The brake caliper model printed this time was made of PA12 smooth powder , with a layer thickness of 0.075mm and a total volume of 88.02 cubic centimeters. The printing time was approximately 39 hours.
Use a brush for simple cleaning.

This time, we also printed many different 3D models. Based on the characteristics of the SLS 3D printer , the models can be stacked together for printing. As shown in the picture, the arrangement allows you to print at least a dozen different objects. It all depends on how you arrange the models.
The other two small models printed this time were of perfect quality, and most importantly, he no longer needs to disassemble the supports!
So the post-processing we need to do is very simple. Just clean up the excess powder, and you'll have a perfect 3D printed product. Super convenient, right?
