Register for a free account on the Matterport website to get a free scanning space, which includes a full suite of Matterport editing tools. In addition to the previously introduced MATTERTAGS tagging and measurement functions, there is also an "Advanced Google Street View feature." Not only can you share your space via URL, but now you can easily integrate your space into Google Maps with just a few taps!
After logging into Matterport, click on the Spaces folder, then select the scanned space you want to edit. Detailed photos and videos of the scanned space are also stored in the cloud. Next, click on the Google Street View option in the Apps section to sync the space with Google Maps.
Enter the actual address of the space, and you can rotate, zoom, and adjust the space's position on Google Maps; Matterport's integration with Google allows for instant sharing no matter where you are!
Users can simply search for an address or name on Google Maps and use the real-time Street View service to virtually enter an indoor space, not just for outdoor previews.
