• Versatile and Easily Switch Between Devices<br>Supports a rapid replacement system. In addition to modules and printing platforms, the system also features printheads. Luban's automatic nozzle recognition and parameter matching function allows for quick switching between large-diameter or hardened steel nozzles, easily producing different types of printed parts such as product prototypes and high-strength components. The heated bed features zoned heating, saving time and electricity.
The Artisan heated bed features a 260 × 260 mm high-temperature zone (also known as the inner zone) in the center, with a maximum temperature of 110°C, while the outer zone reaches a maximum temperature of 80°C. When your model is placed within the inner zone, it can be heated to 60°C in just 2-3 minutes, while the outer zone remains unheated, thus saving time and energy.
3 Easy Calibration Steps
Artisan can automatically calibrate the Z-axis offset of the heated bed plane and the two nozzles, and then semi-automatically calibrate the relative positions of the nozzles in the X and Y directions. After these three steps, you can obtain well-bonded, misaligned two-material or two-color printing.
It can be used in both directions, covering all aspects.
