High-Efficiency Post-Curing Technology for Large Models
The Form Cure L V2 simultaneously controls thermal energy and 405 nm UV to quickly cure large-scale models. It features 5 times the UV output of the previous generation, faster heating, a 26% smaller footprint, and can accommodate models up to 19% larger. When combined with the Form 4L / Form 4BL, curing can be completed in as little as 60 seconds.
You can start curing simply by selecting from over 45 manufacturer-validated material presets, or advanced users can manually set time and temperature for specific applications. Post-curing promotes unreacted chemical reactions after printing, improving strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, and resulting in a harder, less tacky surface. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is a critical step to meet regulatory requirements.
