Product Features

Excellent first-coat adhesion, enhancing durability.
The durability of the Bambu textured PEI board has been enhanced after the manufacturing process was optimized.
In addition, the adhesion between the printed material and the board is significantly improved, eliminating the need for adhesives.
*In some cases, for very specific materials, glue may still be necessary.
It will detach automatically after cooling.
PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications because it can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles of the printer's heated bed.
When the heated bed reaches room temperature, the prints will easily fall off. It is recommended to wait for it to cool to 35°C or lower.
If the print is still attached to the plate, simply bend the steel plate and the model will easily fall into your hands.

Compatibility with various materials
PEI has excellent compatibility, and can print not only common materials such as PLA, TPU, and PETG,
It can also print materials that require high temperatures, such as ABS and nylon.

Reliable magnetic adhesion prevents warping
Bambu textured PEI sheets are made of 0.5mm thick stainless steel, which enhances magnetic adhesion.
This helps prevent warping, ensures optimal print quality during the 3D printing process, and reduces the likelihood of the first layer falling off due to deformation.
It is also particularly helpful when printing larger models, especially for materials that are prone to warping, such as ABS, PC and nylon.

Textured surface treatment
Bambu textured PEI boards offer a unique first-layer surface. This is achieved through a powder coating process.
This PEI printing plate creates a rough texture, adding a sense of quality to your prints.
Installation steps - X1 and P1 series / A1

Step 1: Align the board with the fixing points on the platform, ensuring the name on the board faces you.
Step 2: Lower the height of the board and fix it to the magnetic platform.
Recommended settings - X1 and P1 series / A1
Please note that depending on the model being printed and the material requirements, you may need to adjust the settings of other slicing software.
Installation Steps - A1 Mini
Step 1: Align the board with the fixing points on the platform, ensuring the name on the board faces you.

Step 2: Lower the height of the board and fix it to the magnetic platform.
| Materials | Heatbed Tempe rature | Glue Stick Required? |
| PLA/PLA-CF/PLA-GF | 45~60℃ | Unnecessary |
| PETG/PETG-CF | 60~80℃ | necessary |
| TPU | 35~45℃ | necessary |
| PVA | 45~60℃ | necessary |
Precautions
Automatic flow rate calibration on the textured PEI board works in most cases (OTA version 01.06.01.00 or later), but is not as reliable as on other boards.
Clean the surface regularly with detergent and water to remove any dust or grease residue. If this is ineffective, you can clean the surface with alcohol.
Do not use acetone to clean textured PEI, as it will damage the PEI surface.
Always wait a few minutes for the plate to cool before removing the printed model so that it can be easily removed. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product lifespan.
Textured PEI sheets are considered consumables and will degrade over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. Warranty is only available for sheets that are defective upon arrival.
