*注意:FLUX危険材料
・PVC / ポリ塩化ビニル
PVCは一般的な素材ですが、実際にはレーザー加工に使用できません。燃焼時にHCl(塩酸ガス)が発生し、肺の健康を害し、機械部品を腐食させます。さらに、PVCの燃焼時にはダイオキシンやポリ塩化ビフェニルなどの強い発がん性物質が発生するため非常に有毒です。PVCはステッカー、フィルム、透明板材などの形で使われることが多く、例えばカッティングシートなどが該当します。ステッカー系素材を加工する場合は、PVCを切断しないよう十分ご注意ください。
・ABS / アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン共重合体
ABSも一般的な素材ですが、実際にはレーザー加工は推奨されません。不完全燃焼時にはA、B、S、すなわちアクリロニトリル、ブタジエン、スチレンが発生する可能性があり、それぞれ2B類、1類、2B類の発がん性物質であり、人体に刺激を与えます。
・学名に塩素、ベンゼン、アンモニア、フッ素、フェノール、アルデヒドを含むもの、または分子式に六角形のベンゼン環を含むプラスチック
これらの元素または有機構造を持つプラスチック分子は、燃焼時に発がん性および有毒物質を発生する可能性が非常に高いため、レーザー加工は推奨されません。
