one, Main parts
two, Installation steps
III. Begin Printing

1. 3D printer base
2. Display screen
3. Nozzle kit
4. Z-axis series parts (modules, motor accessories, limit switch parts, left and right shafts)
5. X-axis series motor accessories
6. XE axis assembly
7. Shafts for the entire equipment series
8. T-shaped screw rod
9. Accessory tool set (metal scraper, screws, pliers, power cord, wrench, nozzle, consumables, etc.)

(All technical terms for the parts are detailed in the instruction manual.)

Step 1: Install the Z-axis limit switch
Required parts:
1. Base assembly
2. Z-axis shaft (left/right)
3. Z-axis limit switch assembly
4. M5X45 socket head cap screws with spring washers (4 pieces)

Use four M5X45 socket head cap screws with round spring washers to lock the Z-axis shaft onto the Creality Ender-3 V2 base.

Install the Z-axis limit switch and align it with the shaft.

Step 2 :
Install the Z-axis T-screw
Required parts:
1. T-shaped screw rod
2. Z-axis motor parts
3. Two M4X18 socket head cap screws

After assembling the T-screw onto the Z-axis motor component, use a tool to tighten the screw.

Step 3: Install XE shaft components and conveyor belt
Required parts:
1. XE axis assembly
2. X-axis shaft
3. Screw connector
4. Two M4X16 socket head cap screws with round head spring washers.
5. Conveyor belt
6. Wrench

Step 4: Install the nozzle and Z-axis assembly module
Required parts:
1. Nozzle kit
2. Z-axis passive combination module
3. M4X16 socket head cap screw with round head and spring washer, 1 piece

Place the conveyor belt close to the X-axis shaft, and insert the V-wheel of the nozzle kit into the shaft, push it to the middle of the shaft, and then use an M4X16 round head screw to lock the Z-axis driven block to the X-axis shaft.

Step 5 : Install the X-axis tensioner
Required parts:
1. X-axis tensioner
2. M4X16 socket head cap screw with round head spring washer, 1 piece
3. Black M4X14 socket head cap screw (1 piece)

After completely disassembling the X-axis tensioner components, the conveyor belt is then fitted into the pull block.

The X-axis tensioner is attached to the Z-axis passive assembly module and locked with screws.

Step Six: Install the Z-axis movement assembly (adjust the tension of the X and Y axis tensioners)
Required components:
1. Components installed in step two (click to see)
2. Step 5 (Click to see) - Installed components

Insert the "Z-axis moving assembly" into both ends of the "Z-axis shaft" along the "V-wheels" on both sides. Move the Z-axis shaft smoothly up and down without slipping down. Adjust the conveyor belt to the appropriate tension, allowing it to swing up and down by about 0-3mm.

Step 7: Install the gantry poles and display screen.
Required parts:
1. Upper shaft of the gantry frame
2. Display screen components
3. M5X25 socket head cap screws with spring washers (4 pieces)

Push the display stand up to separate it, then use an Allen wrench to install the stand on the left side of the machine, finally tighten it, and then snap the screen back onto the stand.

(Connect the power cable at the bottom of the display screen.)

Step 8: Install the 3D printing cable support
Required parts :
2. Wire rod holder, material rack nut
3. Outer cover (black) *2 pieces
4. Two M5X8 socket head cap screws
5. M5 T-nut
6. Indicator knob (blue)

Use flat round head screws M5X8 and M5T type nuts to install the 3D printing wire frame onto the shaft.

Install the 3D printing cable holder onto the frame, cover it with the outer cover, and then lock it with a nut.

Step 9: Install equipment wiring (power cord/blue wire clip/internal wiring of equipment)

Following the instructions on the yellow label on the 6-pin (four-wire) port, connect the X, E, and Z axis wires and insert them into the motor components.

Connect the X and Z axis limit switches according to the yellow label on the 3-pin (two-wire) port.

Before plugging in the power cord, please confirm the input voltage and select the correct voltage of 115/230V (incorrect voltage setting may cause damage), and finally turn on the power supply.
