3D printing technology for LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) 3D flatbed printing
It utilizes the principle that the photosensitive printing liquid is cured and formed when the printing material is exposed to specific light emitted from an LCD display screen.
Today, we'll be introducing you to our new machine, the Liquid Crystal HR!
First, select a 3D model you want to print. In this case, we've chosen a nautilus bone model.
Then, put the model file into the dedicated slicing software - Creation workshop , and build supports in the software. The manufacturer also provides suggested settings articles for building supports .
After slicing the model in the software, simply save it to a USB drive, insert it into the machine, and you're ready to start 3D printing! 
The image shows the user interface of a 3D printer. The top image shows the file selection interface, the bottom left image shows the interface for adjusting the Z-axis height, and the right image shows the file loading screen.
Before printing, please perform a simple level correction. For detailed instructions, please refer to the tutorial video and article at the bottom of this page.
Select the file you want to print, cover it with the protective cover, and then simply wait patiently for the finished, exquisite model. (This model was made of gray hard resin.)
Finally, printing is complete!!! 
Look at this nautilus hanging upside down. Because of the photopolymerization process, the model is presented upside down, and I always get the optical illusion of seeing a bat. 
The printed model should first be cleaned with alcohol and allowed to cure before the supports can be removed .
Let's take a look at what it looked like before the supports were removed. I impulsively paired it with a picturesque green leaf background. What do you all think? 
It was some time after the supports were removed that I took a picture of him. The color was different from when it was first printed; it was closer to gray.
If there are white marks on the model, you can use oil (here we use sewing machine oil) to wipe them off.
