To celebrate Taiwan's 60th consecutive day with zero new COVID-19 cases, we specially crafted "May wealth flow in" seals using 3mm thick wooden boards in both relief and intaglio printing, hoping that all businesses can achieve stable and upward growth!
First, choose the font and pattern of the stamp according to your preference. You can easily edit it in the design software or directly insert an image. The simple preliminary work is then complete!
Step Two: Laser Cutting and Seal Engraving
Place the file into the FLUX -specific Beam Studio software. You can select materials and functions from the drop-down menu, and the system will automatically adjust the values. We selected the stamp engraving mode and paired it with the 3mm wood cutting mode. Quickly applying the preset parameters can effectively improve work efficiency!
The FLUX beambox can engrave high-resolution effects on small 2cm stamps, clearly presenting brush calligraphy with strokes only 1mm wide. The laser cutting of the puzzle structure takes only 1 minute, and the stamp engraving is completed in just 5 minutes.
Step 3: Assemble the puzzle stamps
Composed of six puzzle pieces, this stamp can be freely disassembled, assembled, and the designs changed. Finally, it can be pressed with ink to create a unique stamp. Using the FLUX laser cutter, high-quality stamps can be quickly and custom-made, breaking away from the tedious workflow of traditional hand-carved stamps. The FLUX beambox can process various materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, felt, rubber, glass, anodized metal, and stainless steel.
