The lovable and charming good-or-bad character's ambiguous style, distinct from other righteous heroes, made him particularly popular with audiences. Besides a full-body suit reminiscent of Spider-Man, Deadpool's costume features numerous wearable accessories, including a harness, sword, armor, and belt. The image was printed using the slicing software Cura 4.0 , which offers a preview of all print paths. Printing at a layer thickness of 0.15mm takes approximately one day, and the final size is approximately 17x24x30cm. We used the latest Ultimaker S5 3D printer to print this large object. The image shows the unique stacking texture characteristic of FDM , which is produced by the principle of the molding technology. Besides the normal stacked textures, other details such as scratches, undulations, and bullet holes on the small bag are exquisite and realistic details of the 3D model itself!
Although the finished product is 3D printed using a one-piece molding method, the depth of detail is so great that it looks like a detachable accessory. The buckle on the chest, the neck ring, and the straps all have a very three-dimensional feel.
The depth of the knife handle and the knife marks on the armor are also very realistic, and the depth of the fabric on the side of the small accessory bag is also meticulously reproduced. Our Ultimaker S5 3D printer still perfectly presents the precise depth of every detail.
Players can also notice that the wrinkles on the bodysuit are simulated very realistically. It is recommended that players who want to collect it turn the 3D printer to the highest resolution to see more equipment details on the back.
The game presents multiple angles for a truly satisfying viewing experience. I can't help but praise the character design and model creator of "Deadpool." The 3D model's massive pectoral muscles paired with its wicked and mischievous expression are enough to make you want to applaud and scream. The facial expressions are just as rich as in the movie, perfectly capturing the essence of the character.
