[3D Printing Application] A boon for modification enthusiasts! 3D printing on Gigabyte fans keeps your computer running smoothly!
It's been so hot lately! Attention all "modification warriors"! We believe there are many modification enthusiasts among the amateur 3D printing enthusiasts, so 3DMart is here to lead the charge again!
This time, we're printing computer fan components so your computer can stay cool while running! We're using GIGABYTE's shared 3D module (link below). Let's see how it actually looks when printed. 
The printing cable used in this project was PLA with PVA water-soluble support. The machines used were Ultimaker 3 and Ultimaker S5 . It took about a week to complete the printing of all the parts. 
The PVA support material can be dissolved by placing the finished product in water. However, with an air pump to speed up the flow in the water tank, it will be almost completely melted in about half a day. 
The casing of this product is very thin and light. As you can see in the picture, the details and screw holes are very clear. The streamlined groove design of the casing is cool and stylish, making it very suitable for players to match their modified PCs. 
The other printed parts are shown in the picture below: motherboard, heat sink, fan blades, support frame. Now let's get ready to assemble! 
This is what the assembled result looks like! If you want to install it on your own heatsink, remember to adjust it to the appropriate size and connect the fan motor!
