The internal structure of a combination lock mainly consists of a cane-shaped lock ring and four small parts with numbers on them. The lock ring has four protruding locking points. When the combination is incorrect, the combination dial will lock the lock head and put the lock in a locked state.
When the PIN is rotated to the wrong number, the latch protrusion will jam the number wheel, preventing it from being easily removed.
When the security lock is turned to the correct combination, the protruding latch can pass through the internal groove of the combination dial, allowing the latch to be easily removed and the lock to be unlocked!
The 3D file of the combination lock contains the numbers 0-9. The combination for the security lock demonstrated here is 5719. After printing it out, you can choose your favorite numbers as the combination. After arranging and combining all the parts and screwing them in, your personalized combination lock is complete!
(When rotated to the correct combination, the security lock parts can be easily removed and the lock can be unlocked.)
