Novel form of lost-wax casting
Traditional lost-wax casting requires a two-dimensional schematic diagram, with a craftsman manually sculpting a wax model, repeatedly communicating and refining it before proceeding to the casting process. If structural replacements are needed, even more time and steps are required. Nowadays, more and more people are using 3D printing for prototyping, which can be completed in a day or even a few hours within the company. The 3D-printed prototype can even be compared and tested with other assembly parts beforehand. If modifications are needed, only adjustments to the 3D file are required for reprinting, allowing direct entry into the metal casting process.

Layer-Free technology:
PolyCast 's 3D printed products are placed in an environment of atomized alcohol vapor, and the entire process is completed automatically within the Polysher alcohol polisher . The principle behind this is that the rapidly vibrating " atomizer " inside the polisher generates alcohol vapor. Ash-Free technology:
PolyCast 's filaments, when used in lost-wax casting, can melt cleanly without leaving any residue. These clean cavities allow for the creation of complete, unbroken metal parts. This technology is leading to the increasing application of 3D printing in lost-wax casting and significantly reducing the high costs and production time previously required for producing small quantities of metal parts using CNC machining or mold making.
