The 3devo Composer 450 3D printing filament fabrication machine : a complete three-step unboxing video tutorial, covering everything from material and tool preparation and screen operation to filament installation.
I. Preparation of Materials and Tools
3devo Composer 450 spare parts: wire reel, funnel, printhead parts, wire material. Install the feed funnel into the feed port, pour the material particles through the funnel into the feed port, assemble and install the 3D printing wire reel.
II. Screen Operation
Customized details can be set via a digital screen and rotary knob. The heating zone temperature can be set according to the type of wire being produced/the melting point of the material, and the diameter of the 3D printing wire can be set (1.75mm/2.85mm can be selected). During the heating process, the heating temperature will be displayed on the screen in real time, and wire production will begin after heating is completed.
III. Incoming Line Steps
Open the front cover of the machine body to prepare for wire production. Use the clamp to hold the solidified wire after extrusion. Press and hold the switch of the fixed shaft to insert the wire into the shaft and fix the wire between the shafts (Note: the wire is at a high temperature at this time, so be careful during operation). Finally, use needle-nose pliers to cut the wire, then thread the 3D printing wire into the feed hole and into the fixing hole of the wire reel. The installation is now complete and wire production has begun.
