The Multiplier benchtop compression molding machine can apply over four tons of force to sheet materials and workpieces to achieve extremely fine molds. It is compatible with the entire range of FormBox vacuum forming sheets ( e.g., injection molding sheets , resin sheets , transparent sheets , white sheets , etc. ) and can also use aftermarket molding sheets (thickness between 0.25-8mm). The Multiplier benchtop compression molding machine boasts a large circular forming area of 400mm x 400 x 160mm, twice the forming size of the well-known FormBox benchtop vacuum forming machine ( 200mm x 200 x 130mm) !
A perfect 90-degree right-angle fit with a precision of up to 3mm.
With a pressing force of up to four tons, it can perfectly fit even objects with 90-degree right-angle edges! Similar to the FormBox molding principle, the mold created through vacuum forming can infinitely replicate the original model! The mold can be filled with resin , concrete, wax, or even chocolate... and can be used to make casings, medical devices, handicrafts, and food. More importantly, the Multiplier can clearly press out fine lines and grooves up to 3mm thick, with the marks from the original template clearly visible in the mold !
