I. Main Parts
II. Assembly Steps
III. Start Printing

1. 3D Printer Base Unit
2. Display
3. Print Head Kit
4. Z-axis related parts (module, motor parts, limit switch parts, left and right axis rods)
5. X-axis motor parts
6. XE-axis assembly
7. Set of axis rods
8. T-shaped lead screw
9. Included tool kit (metal scraper, screws, pliers, power cord, wrench, nozzle, consumables, etc.)

(Detailed names of each part are provided in the instruction manual)

Step 1: Install the Z-axis limit switch
・Required parts:
1. Base assembly
2. Z-axis rod (left/right)
3. Z-axis limit switch assembly
4. Hex socket button head screws with spring washer M5×45 ×4 pcs

Use four M5×45 hex socket button head screws with spring washers to firmly secure the Z-axis rods to the base of the Creality Ender-3 V2.

Install the Z-axis limit switch and align it with the rod.

Step 2: Install the Z-axis T-shaped lead screw
・Required parts:
1. T-shaped lead screw
2. Z-axis motor parts
3. Hex socket flat head screws M4×18 ×2 pcs

Attach the T-shaped lead screw to the Z-axis motor part and tighten the screws using a tool.

Step 3: Install XE-axis parts and timing belt
・Required parts:
1. XE-axis assembly
2. X-axis rod
3. Screw joint
4. Hex socket button head screws with spring washer M4×16 ×2 pcs
5. Timing belt
6. Wrench

Step 4: Install print head and Z-axis assembly
・Required parts:
1. Print head kit
2. Z-axis passive assembly
3. Hex socket button head screws with spring washer M4×16 ×1 pc

Place the timing belt along the X-axis rod and insert the V-wheels of the print head kit into the rod. Slide it to the center of the rod and secure the Z-axis passive block to the X-axis rod using one M4×16 button head screw.

Step 5: Install the X-axis tensioner
・Required parts:
1. X-axis tensioner
2. Hex socket button head screws with spring washer M4×16 ×1 pc
3. Hex socket flat head screws (black) M4×14 ×1 pc

Disassemble all parts of the X-axis tensioner, then thread the timing belt through the tensioning block.

Attach the X-axis tensioner to the Z-axis passive assembly and secure it with screws.

Step 6: Install the Z-axis moving assembly (adjust X and Y axis tension)
・Required parts:
1. Parts installed in Step 2 (click to view)
2. Parts installed in Step 5 (click to view)

Insert the "Z-axis moving assembly" from both ends of the "Z-axis rod" along both "V-wheels". Move the Z-axis rod up and down; if it moves smoothly and doesn't slide down naturally, it's good. Adjust the tension of the timing belt appropriately so that the vertical displacement is approximately 0-3mm when moved up and down.

Step 7: Install the gantry frame and display
・Required parts:
1. Gantry top rod
2. Display assembly
3. Hex socket button head screws with spring washer M5×25 ×4 pcs

Push up to remove the display base, use an Allen key to install the base on the left side of the main unit, and finally tighten the screws to secure it. Then, return the display to its base.

(Connect the connecting cable at the bottom of the display.)

Step 8: Install the 3D printer filament holder
Required parts:
2. Filament holder tube, holder nut
3. Outer cover (black) ×2 pcs
4. Hex socket button head screws M5×8 ×2 pcs
5. M5 T-nut
6. Indicator knob (blue)

Use button head screws M5×8 and M5 T-nuts to install the 3D printer filament holder to the rod.

Install the 3D printer filament holder tube into the holder, attach the outer cover, and then secure it with nuts.

Step 9: Wiring the main unit (power cord / blue cable clips / internal wiring)

Following the yellow label instructions on the 6-pin (4-wire) port, connect the X, E, and Z axis cables to the motor parts.

Follow the yellow label instructions on the 3-pin (2-wire) port to connect the X and Z axis limit switches.

Before connecting the power cord, please check the input voltage and select the correct voltage 115/230V (incorrect voltage setting may cause damage). Finally, turn on the power.
