GiT Technology specializes in electrochemical measurement systems, custom battery measurement systems, optical microscopy imaging, electrochemical reactors, mechanical pressure devices, and other equipment, possessing extensive industry-academia collaboration experience. In recent years, they have experimented with 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies , using 3D printed models to simulate and validate ideas, quickly fulfilling different testing needs and improving R&D efficiency ( click here to see: "Zeiss Lens" 3 Secrets to Optical Manufacturing! ). We are honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with GiT Technology . Collaborate with us on the TV program "Midea in Taiwan"—watch the full interview now!
Before the development of 3D printing technology , customized plastic and metal molds and parts required CNC machining and traditional milling and turning machines for cutting. Now, by combining manufacturing engineering with 3D printing technology , customers can verify the product on-site by printing a 3D physical model during the product proposal stage, accurately understand the applicability and feasibility of the product, and shorten the development, testing and improvement time of customized products.
GiT Zhanqing Technology The product design manager personally brought various electrochemical samples to Sandima! We used the Shining Einscan Pro HD turntable fixation mode to perform 3D scanning on the samples; the turntable automatically rotates 360 degrees during scanning, and it only takes 3 minutes! It can capture every angle of the object, with high-speed scanning while maintaining detail accuracy. Through the dedicated 3D scanning software, the scanning effect can be previewed and displayed in real time during the process.
"By combining 3D printers with production lines, product designers don't need to specialize in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). They can directly use dedicated 3D printing software to slice models and create proposal models. This is extremely helpful for controlling costs in both manpower and resources, especially for product development with small batches and high customization requirements!" - GiT Zhanqing Technology Product Design Manager Chen Hongming stated.

Using the Ultimaker S5 3D printer , on-site sample production is possible. Whether printing high-precision spiral parts, assemblies, or groove structures ( click here to see: a complete collection of 8 technical samples, showcasing their effects and characteristics! ), companies can quickly create preliminary sample structures and test the feasibility of their ideas before mass production, saving significant costs and resources!
