Ultimaker 2 extrusion upgrade kit

[3D Printing] Ultimaker 2 Upgrade+ Kit! It's here! All upgrade components and tools are included in this kit. No extra equipment is needed, and you can upgrade your Ultimaker 2 to "+" in just one hour!

1. Spray nozzle (already assembled)
The nozzle assembly, with all components and wiring already assembled, includes:
a) The newly designed fan mount concentrates heat dissipation airflow onto the surface of the object; the new Sunon fan operates more quietly.
b) The heating system power has been increased to 35W, resulting in shorter heating time and increased printing speed.
c) TFM tubing replaces PTFE (Teflon) tubing, resulting in a longer service life.
d) The spring structure was removed and replaced with a metal gasket, which effectively reduced the pressure in the throat and extended its service life.
e) Using the brand-new PT-100 temperature sensing cable, the temperature can be read more accurately, allowing for more precise temperature settings.

2. Quick-release nozzles <br> Thanks to the invention of Olsson Block , we can easily and quickly change nozzles of different diameters. The standard 0.4mm nozzle is already installed on the printhead. You can also replace it with a 0.25mm nozzle for more detailed printing, or replace it with a 0.6/0.8mm nozzle to shorten printing time.

4. Feeder <br> The innovative feeder allows for easy filament replacement and adjustment of feeder pressure based on the filament being used. For example, the pressure can be relaxed when using soft materials to improve printing success rate.

5. Nozzle Moving Shaft <br> To prevent the old nozzle moving shaft from being bent when replacing the nozzle, this kit includes a new set of nozzle moving shafts.

6. Ultimaker Platform Calibration Card <br>Used to calibrate the level of the printing platform.

7. Cable Rack <br> To save space, a new, shorter cable rack is provided.

8. Adjustment Tool for Moving Shaft <br> This tool can be used to align and reduce friction when removing and installing the nozzle moving shaft.

9. Glass Plate Clip <br> The newly designed glass plate clip opens and closes more easily, allowing you to more easily remove the glass plate for cleaning or removing printed items.

10. "+" PLUS Sticker <br>After installing all the kits, apply the sticker. Congratulations, your Ultimaker2 has now been upgraded to Ultimaker2+!
