Revopoint Trackit Optical Tracking 3D Scanner
Designed specifically for scanning and measuring precision parts in industrial applications, it can quickly acquire complete 3D data of an object's surface without the need for point marking.
Optical tracking, markerless scanning
Intelligent optical tracking technology captures object features in real time through multiple sensors, enabling high-precision 3D data acquisition without the need for markers.
30 laser beams cross-line
Black, reflective, and metallic objects are scanned directly without markers.

A beam of blue laser single line
Suitable for fine scanning of narrow areas such as deep holes and deep grooves, with a single frame accuracy of up to 0.02 mm.
Automatic gimbal-assisted calibration, convenient and efficient operation
The dual-axis gimbal, combined with software control, automatically completes the calibration of 200+ poses, significantly reducing the difficulty of operation and improving calibration efficiency.

Step 1
The scanner is calibrated by holding a target ball.

Step Two
Install a dual-axis gimbal to automatically complete tracker calibration.

Step 3
A high-precision calibration board, a dual-axis gimbal, and a powerful algorithm enable automatic global hand-eye calibration.

Multiple self-developed professional software
Seamless integration of scanning, post-processing, and professional measurement.
