Polymaker 3D Printing Filaments - PolyCast
PolyCast, categorized under Polymaker's Specialty line, is a special filament designed specifically for lost-wax casting, offering a more economical and faster application mode. Using this filament with a 3D printer can significantly reduce complex processing steps and costs, and greatly accelerate product delivery cycles.

PolyCast filaments, when used in lost-wax casting, can melt cleanly without leaving any residue. These clean cavities allow for the creation of complete, defect-free metal parts. The application of 3D printing in lost-wax casting is increasing daily, significantly reducing the high costs and production time previously associated with CNC machining or mold making for small quantities of metal parts.
Using PolyCast special filaments with an Ultimaker 3D printer and a Polysher alcohol polisher to create cast parts yields the most cost-effective, high-quality industrial-grade results.
