Phrozen TR300 Ultra-High Temperature Resistant Resin (1kg)
Phrozen TR300 high-temperature resistant resin has an ultra-high temperature resistance of up to 220°C, fast printing speed (each layer takes only 1.3 seconds to form), low viscosity for easy cleaning, and no odor is generated during printing, maintaining good environmental quality. The printed products have high hardness, high tensile strength, and some toughness, with low shrinkage, making them suitable for printing dental models (for vacuum forming) and industrial product prototyping.
Product Features
Ultra-high temperature resistance
Phrozen TR300 high-temperature resistant resin has a glass transition temperature of 220°C and a thermal decomposition temperature of 325°C, making printed products suitable for high-temperature applications.
Low viscosity, low odor
Phrozen TR300 is a high-temperature resistant resin with low viscosity, easy to handle and clean, and produces no odor during printing, thus not affecting the environment.
High hardness, low shrinkage
The printed products have high hardness, high tensile strength, and some toughness, with low shrinkage, making them suitable for printing dental models (for vacuum forming) and industrial product prototyping.
• Please use and store this resin in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated place.
• Shake the resin well before use.
• Recommended cleaning method: Clean with alcohol spray and dry with an air gun. If soaking in alcohol, do not soak for more than 30 seconds. • After use, please store the resin in an opaque bottle or jar and avoid mixing it with new material.
• Please keep this material out of reach of infants and young children and avoid direct sunlight.
• Wear gloves and a mask when handling. If the resin comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not dump this material arbitrarily. If you need to discard it, please solidify the material completely and recycle the solids as "general resources".
• The resin has a shelf life of one year after opening; please use it up as soon as possible.
Phrozen resin should be shaken well before use and stored in a dry, well-ventilated place at room temperature (15-35°C).
