Magigoo Pro PA 3D printing adhesive
The Magigoo series is a specialized adhesive for 3D printing , designed to maintain stable positioning during the 3D printing process and facilitate easy removal after printing, solving some of the troublesome problems encountered in 3D printing . During 3D printing , nylon filaments often exhibit lower adhesion and higher warpage. Magigoo Pro PA is specifically designed for nylon (polyamide fiber) filaments , making it relatively easy to remove after cooling and readily eliminating adhesive residue.
PA (polyamide) is a polymer with repeating amide units. Among the types of FDM hot melt stacked wires , there are three main types of PA, including PA12, PA66 and PA6. These materials can be combined with other polymers or reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber. Nylon has high strength, high toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance, and is widely used in various industrial applications.
Note: The applicator has an automatic spring valve that will operate automatically when the applicator is pressed against the base plate; do not squeeze the bottle forcefully, otherwise the applicator may pop out; only squeeze the bottle slightly when the tip is pressed against the bed, or when a larger flow rate is required.
