• 4-inch HMI/PLC interface with temporary storage: Uses Mitsubishi PLC/HMI with 4-inch touch screen control and 20 editable settings.
• Pre-stretching: Pre-stretching allows air to be injected into the heating plate to create bubbles, preventing the material from becoming thinner for deeper objects.

• Automatic leveling: Prevents material from falling during heating cycles and maintains a uniform distance between the heater and the material, accompanied by an audible alert when the cycle is complete.
• Quartz heater with switchable standby mode: Quartz heaters have the advantages of rapid heating and high efficiency, saving time and energy.
• Four independently controllable heating zones: The four heating zones offer a wider range of control, enabling the handling of more challenging shapes and materials.
