Bambu Lab Hot End Kit (X1E Dedicated) - 0.4/0.6/0.8/0.2mm
[*Notice]
1. Wires containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal or other inorganic particles are prone to clogging 0.2 mm nozzles.
2.2. For wires containing carbon fiber or glass fiber, it is strongly recommended to use a hardened steel 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and wear.
3. Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been extensively tested and proven to have a lower risk of clogging when printing with hardened steel 0.4 mm nozzles, while also achieving higher print quality.

The complete hot-end assembly is designed specifically for the Bambu Lab X1E ; each assembly consists of a hot end with a silicone sleeve, ceramic heater, thermistor, and cooling fan, offering exceptional toughness and durability, and easy installation and replacement. It is compatible not only with standard 1.75mm 3D printer filaments but also with nylon carbon fiber, nylon glass fiber, and other technical consumables.
Furthermore, this one-piece mold design allows the module to heat up much faster than typical modules. In addition, the one-piece mold design effectively reduces potential problems when changing nozzles, ensuring both rigidity and high-flow printing! Choose Bambu's complete hot-end assembly to enhance your print quality!
Highlights of different nozzle diameters
0.2 mm nozzle for optimal print fineness
With extremely small interlayer gaps, vertically printed surfaces are more delicate.
0.2 mm nozzle for optimal print fineness
Small-diameter extruded wires provide high resolution for horizontal printing surfaces.
0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles print faster.
Larger diameter nozzles can extrude more filament per second, thus speeding up printing.

Comparison of different nozzle diameters
A 0.4 mm nozzle is widely considered the standard nozzle diameter for modern 3D printers due to its optimal balance between print quality and print speed. This nozzle size is used in both the Bambu Lab X1 and P1 series 3D printers.
