Magigoo Pro PP 3D Printing Adhesive
Magigoo series is a special adhesive for 3D printing , designed to maintain a stable position during the 3D printing process and be easily removed after printing, solving some of the troublesome problems in 3D printing .
MAGIGOO PP is designed for professional applications and is specifically formulated for polypropylene ( PP ), a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer. It offers excellent impact resistance, ductility, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for food packaging and medical devices. Due to the difficulty in bonding its partially crystalline structure, PP materials are challenging to adhere to other materials, making them particularly difficult to print on. Magigoo PP solves this problem, greatly facilitating 3D printing with FDM .
MAGIGOO PP is designed and tested to be compatible with various PP and cable brands:
• Shake the bottle. • Press the pen tip (to open the inner valve) and apply as needed to the desired area. • Perform 3D printing according to the manufacturer's recommendations for the filament/ 3D printer.
• Wait for it to cool and remove the finished product. A scraper can be used to assist in cleaning. • To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or sponge, then dry with a dry cloth.
Notice:
This product is intended for use with PP wires only. Contact with eyes can cause serious injury. Hands and exposed skin should be thoroughly washed after handling.
Tip:
If the adhesion is too strong, it is recommended to wet the printing platform with a small amount of water and let it slowly penetrate under the object. This will make it easier to disassemble the parts.
