Bambu Lab PLA-CF Series - 1.75mm (with reel)
Bambu PLA-CF is carbon fiber reinforced PLA, offering higher stiffness and strength. PLA-CF is as easy to print as regular PLA and is suitable for beginners.
It is compatible with AMS and has a low risk of clogging during high-speed printing. Prints have a matte finish with almost invisible layer lines.
This makes it suitable for printing general engineering parts or models that require a better appearance, such as bicycle frames, stands, and toys.
Features
• Carbon fiber texture and minimized layer lines
• Improve mechanical properties
• Stable print size
• Comes with basic reusable spools
• Diameter: 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm

Carbon fiber texture and minimized layer lines
The addition of carbon fiber gives the print a unique matte finish and effectively hides layer lines, providing a smooth, high-quality look.

Printed materials display
Bambu PLA-CF can be used with any PLA series consumables to enrich the colors of your prints and meet various texture requirements.

Improve mechanical properties
Bambu PLA-CF outperforms PLA Matte by 20% to 115% in mechanical properties in XY flexural strength, Z flexural strength, XY flexural modulus, Z flexural modulus, XY impact strength, and Z impact strength, making it more suitable for models requiring higher printing strength.
Comparison of mechanical properties
| PLA Matt | PLA-CF | Improvement rate % | |
| Tensile strength - XY/MPa | 32 | 38 | 19% |
| Tensile strength - Z/MPa | 25 | 26 | 4% |
| Bending strength - XY/MPa | 53 | 89 | 68% |
| Bending strength - Z/MPa | 32 | 49 | 53% |
| Flexural modulus - XY/MPa | 2360 | 3950 | 67% |
| Flexural modulus - Z/MPa | 2040 | 2260 | 10% |
| Impact strength - XY/(kJ/m²) | 19.2 | 23.2 | 20% |
| Impact strength - Z/(kJ/m²) | 6.6 | 7.8 | 18% |
*For humid environments, it is recommended to dry the PLA at 55 °C for 8 hours before printing.
Stable printing size
Bambu PLA-CF features low shrinkage and warping resistance, enabling perfect matching accuracy between printed parts.
Easily remove support
Bambu PLA-CF is designed to support itself. Compared to regular PLA, it is easier to remove while still maintaining a smooth support surface.
It is less prone to clogging during high-speed printing.
Bambu PLA-CF printers are as easy to print as regular PLA printers. They can print at high speeds and smoothly without clogging.
RFID Smart Printing
All printing parameters are embedded with RFID, which can be read through our AMS (Automated Material System).
Load and print! No more tedious setup steps required.
