超大建造体積

Massive Build Volume
Go bigger, go bolder

330 × 320 × 325 mm. That's 105% bigger than the 256mm class.

A full-sized helmet, all in one piece. Forty hand spinner toys, all in one batch.

Projects that once required splitting models into tiny pieces, or re-doing them from scratch when joins didn't align, are now simple.

Modular Attachment
A new dimension brought by blade cutting

Swap the toolhead cover for the cutting module, and the A2L is no longer just a 3D printer. It can cut too.

Stickers, leather, cloth, paper, it handles it all. Want to make custom paint jobs for your model airplane? No problem. Wrap the grip of your Excalibur in leather? No problem.

Engineered for Stability

A "bedslinger" (i3 structure) that's as stable as a CoreXY.

Adaptive Vibration Compensation

As a print gets taller and heavier, the machine's vibrational characteristics change. Most 3D printers only do input shaping once, at startup, and that's it.

The A2L, however, employs adaptive vibration compensation (a real-time calibration matrix) that adjusts the resonance model layer by layer as the print progresses, taking into account changes in toolhead position and heatbed load. The result: every layer is as perfect as the first.

Particle Dampers

Software handles predictable vibrations, and hardware handles the rest. Inside the A2L's gantry are two particle dampers, where microscopic particles fill sealed cavities and dissipate vibrations through countless tiny collisions.

This damping technology is borrowed from aerospace and precision machinery, making it extremely rare in desktop 3D printers. The result: no ghosting or ringing on printed surfaces, even at maximum print height.

穩定性設計

Automatic Material System, Multicolor with Ease

While multicolor printing isn't new, being able to print thousands of consecutive multicolor prints without error is unprecedented. That's what the AMS lite is designed for.

Over a million users worldwide use it for long, high-color-density prints (the kind where one mistake can ruin 12 hours of effort), and it still completes color changes reliably.

Compatible with Gen 2 AMS

19-color Printing Filament Drying Sealed Storage

Combining the A2L with Gen 2 AMS allows you to store your filament in a sealed, temperature-controlled "home." It dries the filament as needed before each print, and keeps it sealed between prints.

Need more colors? Want to use different types of filament at the same time? Both the AMS lite and Gen 2 AMS share the same built-in buffering system, so you can stack them and mix and match. Four spools, eight, sixteen—however many spools your project needs, you can easily feed the filament through the same queue.

Smart Print Monitoring
Moving toward fully automated printing

Most print failures occur silently. The nozzle is still moving, but the part stopped forming hours ago.

Sensors along the extruder path work with the PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) extruder as feedback nodes, sending data to Bambu's trained algorithm. The algorithm detects problems such as tangled filament, run-outs, nozzle clogs (spaghetti), and dry runs, pausing the A2L's print and guiding you through troubleshooting steps via the Bambu Handy app.

Automatic Flow Dynamics Calibration
Sharp print details with high repeatability

Most 3D printers calibrate flow once, and subsequent prints rely on that value. But the A2L recalibrates every time it prints.

Before each print job, the flow dynamics calibration measures the actual flow rate of the filament through the nozzle and spool under current conditions, creating a non-linear model for the entire extruder path. Factors such as nozzle wear, filament humidity, and new spools are all accounted for before the first layer is printed. Edges are sharp, details are clear, and quality is consistently reliable.

UL Clean Air Certified
Safer printing, easier breathing

When used with official filaments, the A2L printer is certified to UL 2904 Indoor Air Quality 3D Printing Certification.

Tested with Bambu Lab's core filament series, including Bambu PLA Basic, PLA Pure, and PETG Basic, it has been shown to have extremely low emissions, confirming that the A2L printer can be safely used indoors.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the main differences between A2L and the A1 series?
In addition to a 105% increase in print size (reaching 330 mm x 320 mm x 325 mm), the A2L also brings significant breakthroughs in core hardware and algorithms:
1. Upgraded Extruder System: Equipped with a PMSM closed-loop servo extruder, it ensures stable power output during high-speed printing processes and supports active monitoring for extrusion anomalies.
2. Adaptive Vibration Compensation: The first model to adopt an adaptive algorithm, it features multi-point calibration and load adaptability, significantly reducing ghosting and ringing in large or tall prints.
3. Physical Resonance Suppression: With two particle dampers built into the frame, it physically absorbs resonance, further enhancing surface quality.
4. Multifunctional Creativity: New modular mounting points allow for the attachment of a blade cutting module for 2D creative projects.
5. More Reliable Nozzle Blob Detection: A new nozzle blob detection switch has been added. With dedicated hardware for physical contact detection, it offers enhanced stability and reliability.
2. Why doesn't the A2L use dual nozzles or multi-toolhead technology?
The A2L aims to provide an exceptionally pure, simple, and user-friendly large-size printing experience. Therefore, we prioritized optimizing core performance such as print size, surface quality, and reliability. For users seeking more advanced dual-nozzle capabilities, our X2D offers a very cost-effective solution.
3. What is the noise level during normal printing?
The A2L boasts exceptional quiet performance. In silent mode, the noise level is below 49 decibels (equivalent to a whisper in a library). In standard mode, the peak noise is approximately 52 decibels. (Data source: Bambu Lab internal testing)
4. Why is the maximum bed temperature lower than the A1?
As an open-frame printer, the A2L is primarily designed for common filaments like PLA and PETG, which have lower demands for heated bed temperatures. Due to its larger print area, maintaining excessively high temperatures would consume too much power. To prevent overloading household circuits, we have set the maximum temperature to 80°C. This strategy perfectly supports mainstream filaments while achieving more reasonable energy consumption.
5. What smart sensing features does the A2L include?
The A2L employs a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) closed-loop servo extruder and a physical "blob" (nozzle accumulation) detector, providing more precise extrusion monitoring and reliable protection against filament deposition. Furthermore, it inherits the popular suite of detection features from the A1 series, including filament run-out detection, nozzle clogging (dry run) detection, and spool tangle detection.
6. How many AMS units can the A2L connect to at most?
The A2L is highly expandable and can connect up to four boxed AMS units and one AMS lite unit in series, allowing for printing with up to 19 colors. (Connecting a boxed AMS unit occupies one buffer channel, which in turn occupies one AMS lite slot.)
7. Does the A2L require an external power supply to use the drying function of the AMS?
Yes, it does. Due to the power distribution logic limitations of the A2L, if you wish to use the drying function of AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT, you must connect them to an external independent power source via a power cable or adapter.
8. What accessories are required to use the 2D cutting function?
You only need to purchase the "Blade Cutting Upgrade Kit," which includes the cutting module, pen module, a dedicated cutting mat, and related accessories.
9. Does the A2L support a laser cutting module or a blade cutting module?
Due to safety considerations, the A2L features an open-frame design and therefore does not support laser modules. However, its modular mounting points allow for the attachment of a blade cutting module, enabling precision cutting and pen drawing functions.
10. Is the A2L's blade cutting function the same as the H2 series?
Since the A2L does not have a BirdsEye camera, it cannot achieve fully automatic real-time spatial alignment like the H2 series laser printers. However, users can use the Bambu Handy app to integrate with their smartphone camera for photo-assisted alignment. The "Print-then-Cut" feature is currently under development and may be released in future OTA firmware updates.
