QR codes can be engraved? All kinds of metals can be engraved! Marking and patterning are all possible with the UDI internationally certified desktop metal engraving machine, METAZA MPX-95 , equipped with a diamond tip and capable of processing hardness up to 200HV. Diamond needle tip, steel hardness
The METAZA MPX-95 metal engraving machine is a compact desktop device that is UDI internationally certified and meets medical device standards. In addition to processing iron and stainless steel, the diamond needle can also be used on various metals such as silver, titanium, platinum, brass and aluminum with a hardness of up to 200HV (Vickers), to accurately engrave text such as QR codes and logos or complex digital patterns.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires labelers for medical devices, and all medical devices (Class I, Class II, and Class III) must comply with the Unique Device Identification System Final Rule (UDI).

Simple operation, instant preview
The MPX-95 metal engraving tool can be equipped with a striker cap (green object in the picture), which can smoothly process both curved and flat objects. We used the bottom flat surface of a stainless steel aircraft part ( click to see: 3D printing of aircraft casting parts ) for engraving. Through the dedicated software METAZA Studio, we can import the specified JPG or BMP files, or directly input text in the software. Not only is the operation simple, but the working screen can also be previewed in real time.

Protective outer casing, quiet and safe.
The Roland MPX-95 is designed for irregularly shaped, cylindrical tools such as medical scissors and tweezers. The device is equipped with optional clamps that can quickly and accurately hold any object, regardless of its shape. The base is detachable and can hold materials up to 200 x 100 x 70mm in size. Since there is no burning or cutting action during the engraving process, there is no odor or debris. The device can be covered before starting engraving to prevent external forces from affecting the operation.

Ultra-small size, ultra-high resolution
The 3DMart logo is only 18 x 4mm in size, and the small QR code below it is only 5 x 5mm in size. The engraving effect is very exquisite, with a resolution of up to 1058dpi. The engraved QR code can be scanned smoothly. On average, it only takes 30 seconds to engrave a file, and it can be completed in 2 minutes!
