[3D Printing] Bambu Lab Launches "Lets Make It" Fund
Each quarter, Bambu Lab awards grants to a select few “outstanding, inspiring, and actionable” projects, which may include cash, technical and marketing support, and more.
Recently, Bambu Lab slightly adjusted its original "Let's Make It Fund" program, increasing funding to provide up to $300,000 in grants for each selected project, aiming to support eligible maker projects. The program's goal is to encourage and help creators turn their innovative ideas into reality by providing financial and technical support.
This program is designed to be ongoing, with no strict deadlines, meaning developers can submit applications at any time without needing to complete them before a deadline. Selected applicants will receive funding tailored to their project needs, up to $300,000, with the possibility of higher amounts if there is a compelling reason. Funding will be disbursed in installments, contingent on the project achieving established milestones recognized by Bambu Lab. In addition, applicants will have the opportunity to receive technical support and promotional support from the company. In return, a key requirement is content creation— creators are expected to document their creative process, share their development journey, and focus on key moments in the project's creation .
In a statement, Bambu Lab said, "The 'Let's Do It Together' fund aims to support ideas that seem too ambitious or risky to launch. We want to ensure that creators don't abandon their boldest projects simply because of a lack of resources or fame."
Eligible projects should meet three requirements:
1. Exceptional; they need to excel in pushing the limits of creativity or technology.
2. It is inspiring , meaning that the project has a positive impact on the world and provides social or educational benefits;
3. There is a clear and feasible implementation plan .

How to participate?
Submissions are ongoing and there is no deadline.
You can submit multiple projects.
• You don't need to own a Bambu Lab printer.
• Each quarter, we select one project from two to five projects.
• Some creators may receive funding, technical and promotional support.
Typical grant amounts range from several thousand dollars to $300,000—and potentially more if your project truly needs it.
