How to participate
1. Design Decorations <br>Create 3D printed tree decorations to capture the magic of winter. Think of snowflakes, sleds, reindeer, cozy gloves, or anything that embodies holiday joy.
2. Upload to Thingsverse
Share your masterpiece on Thingiverse and tag it Holidays2023. Don't forget to add a captivating description and images showcasing your design from different angles.
3. Submission before December 22 <br>All entries must be submitted before December 22 to be eligible for consideration.
Entering the new design
Input existing design
The winning design should be:
1. Original Work <br>Your design should be an original work; avoid using other people's work. Unauthorized use of intellectual property rights is prohibited.
2. Include an STL file <br>Each submission must include at least one STL file for 3D printing.
3. Showcase the complete print <br />Provide at least one photograph of the complete print containing your design.
4. Include Documentation <br>Share your creative journey! Include documentation of your design process, giving us a glimpse behind the scenes. For example, show screenshots of models in the design process.
5. Use the tag Holidays2023 .
Use this tag to ensure your entry counts in the tree decoration challenge.
6. Submit after October 1, 2023 <br>Ensure your design is uploaded to Thingiverse after October 1, 2023.
7. Comply with Submission Guidelines and Terms of Service <br />Ensure that your submissions comply with Thingiverse's guidelines and Terms of Service .
What will the jury be looking for?
Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, printability, adherence to the winter holiday theme, and the final 3D printed photograph.
*The winners will be announced on or before Monday, December 25, 2023, at the Thingiverse Challenge. A moderator from the UltiMaker team will contact the winners via email.
