All work done in Property Layout is immediately updated to Property Reports, a printable view of useful new property information, including layout and a complete analysis by room, floor, and total property value – all of which can be seamlessly imported into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or used for marketing materials such as property listing flyers. For Matterport customers with Professional plans and later, Property Reports can be shared and exported, while customers who have purchased Matterport API access can further save time by integrating data from Property Intelligence into their daily workflows and systems, such as Multiple Listing Services, to fully utilize their property data.

For spaces where directional context is important, the compass add-on allows viewers to navigate the digital twin more clearly, indicating which direction is north relative to their viewpoint. This is particularly useful for architecture and development, as understanding factors such as sunlight, wind, and other direction-dependent elements can further enhance a viewer's understanding of the space. Like the minimap add-on, the compass is available in various styles and sizes to suit different user preferences.

Floor plan enhancements
To better serve real estate agents and marketers, Matterport has upgraded its RICS standard schematic floor plan to improve property listings, increase revenue per job, and launch projects with a simplified layout. Previously only available in black and white, Matterport's popular and affordable 2D floor plans now offer more customization options , including color floor plans , branding, multiple languages (such as English, French, German, and Spanish), and the ability to add or remove furniture.

CAD file add-ons are now available in all categories.
