Charlie is tasked with designing a set of stationery for a home goods company and is required to produce it in small quantities within a short period of time. Charlie designed a "business card holder" with a dense ridge pattern. First, he used a laser cutter to cut easily available materials (such as wood, cardboard, and rubber), and then glued the slices together to complete the design. The detailed stepped pattern is super easy to create! After the initial design is completed, the object is placed in a vacuum forming machine with a vacuum forming material sheet , and the shape of the object is formed by pressing down for 3 seconds.
After demolding, you can immediately get an exquisite mold, which can then be filled with casting materials such as concrete and plaster. Different colors can also be mixed according to various preferences.
