The demonstration of using the 3DMART test cube model for prepress work shows that the seemingly simple cube model is actually full of complex details on all six sides. The central sphere, the assemblable structure, and the extremely thin protruding edges all pose a significant challenge to the precision of Phrozen photopolymer printing.


If this is your first time using the Phrozen 3D printer , please use A4 white paper for Z-axis calibration after unpacking. Once the printing platform is lowered to the bottom and flush with the paper, secure the platform with screws, and finally pour the required resin into the resin tank.


After placing the model into the FormWare slicing software, two blocks, "red" and "yellow," will automatically appear on the object, requiring the creation of support structures. Build sufficient support to improve stability during the printing process and ensure that the object will not collapse or be damaged due to gravity at a 45° angle.

(Supports are "required" in the red area, while in the yellow area, although the use of supports is "recommended," it is still recommended to create supports to ensure the integrity of the 3D model.)


If the supporting structure overlaps with the 3D model, the software will automatically detect it and display the error in red. By checking repeatedly and adjusting the cut-off point before slicing begins, the amount of resin used can be effectively saved and the integrity improved.
