The much-anticipated 3DMartDWS XFAB SLA 3D Printer Casting Report is finally here!

As you know, SLA 3D printers are commonly used in jewelry and necklace design.
By using casting resin specifically designed for SLA 3D printers,
and then casting the printed output,
you can create stunningly translucent 3D-printed necklaces that look like real jewelry!


For our first attempt, we completed a UV-cured 3D print using casting resin!
(Equipment used: DWS SLA UV-curing resin - Fusia 443)
(Layer thickness: 0.1mm)


First, a goddess pendant.


Next, a geometric design pendant that resembles DNA but isn't quite.

These intricate 3D prints are
incredibly smooth, completely lacking the visible layer lines typically seen in 3D prints.

Afterward, 3DMart removed the supports
and proceeded to casting~



The finished product is truly beautiful
just add a chain
and you're ready to wear it out~~~

Next, we printed a hollow spherical pendant

Even with such extremely precise and complex internal structures,
the DWS XFAB can perfectly reproduce every detail.

Next, we cast this hollow pendant.
This time, we used a different casting method
employing two materials, silver and copper,
to create different atmospheres with the same design.
