First, there's a testing structure, a crucial step in the quality control process. This structure, mostly 3D printed , is used to verify the X-axis displacement transmission signal. It's a valuable component for automatic calibration. The sensor detects pressure changes between the thermal contact and the X-axis, and its movement can be controlled by a computer.

BCN3D also tests this structure internally, this time for the BCN3D smart casing. First, it simulates the dehumidification process inside the product, heating the air ducts via circuitry, while online software monitors and checks whether the heat is effectively reduced.
