[3D Printing News] Announcement of the winner of the Ultimaker Education Challenge.

Ultimaker supports creative and innovative educators who boldly pioneer new technologies in the classroom.
We are committed to STEAM education and believe that hands-on experience is the most effective way to learn new skills.
This year, we challenged creative and passionate educators to develop a 3D-printed curriculum plan that helps students learn through hands-on experience. This competition was open to educators in Asian countries and ran from May to October 2017. Educators from around the world responded enthusiastically to this event.

The winners were selected by an outstanding judging panel with extensive experience in the 3D printing industry.

The evaluation criteria were based on the project's visual appeal, functionality, ease of use, originality, and contribution to the potential of 3D printing.
After a difficult selection process, the winner of the final round has finally been decided.

Each lucky winner will help their school obtain an Ultimaker 3D printer , eight 3D printing cables , and comprehensive training from a local service partner.
Each winning course plan will also be published on Ultimaker's pioneering platform , which teachers around the world can use to inspire and support their students.
Each winner will also be invited to join the Ultimaker Pioneer Program, where they can propose lesson plans for the future.

Our pioneering program is a celebration of our passion for education – helping educators around the world discover the true potential of 3D printing by sharing knowledge with others.
This is a great way to inspire and motivate others while enhancing the value of existing courses.
Pioneers can share courses, teaching materials, blogs, and articles based on their teaching experience, while still retaining their Creative Commons content license.
Ultimaker supports all pioneers by showcasing their work, creating opportunities for online exchange, and providing useful materials on 3D printing education .
