[Metal Marking] Wisely 3-Color LOGO Engraving: Video Tutorial on Software Parameter Settings!

Colorful LOGO metal marking is possible on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and galvanized steel! With the Wisely MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine, you can engrave multiple colors at once. At the end of the article, we will reveal the parameter settings:

I. Focus Adjustment

Check the "lens specifications" on the side of the marking machine and set it according to the lens specifications you are using (in this actual measurement, a 150 x 150mm lens was used). Next, stand the included focus gauge vertically on the workpiece and measure the distance to the reference line. Turn the adjustment knob on the top and adjust until the gauge is at the specified position.

The upper part of the area indicated by the finger is the "focus distance reference line." Stand the gauge vertically against the workpiece to be engraved, measure the distance to the reference line, and adjust it to the specified distance to complete the focus adjustment.

II. Software Parameter Settings

Import the data of the workpiece to be laser marked, edit and modify it as necessary, and set the position and various data.

2. Select the "Fill Path Tool"

3. Select the type of marking path

4. Set the path fill interval

Depending on the material of the workpiece to be marked, click on the layer or the workpiece directly to select the shape to be engraved, and set the parameters (speed/power/pulse/frequency). (Note: The object color in the figure below only indicates the "layer color")

To avoid confusion during setup, you can also set the "layer color" to the "color you plan to mark." Finally, select all objects in the layer and perform the marking.
