After placing a 3D print file into Ultimaker Cura, you can select "Ungroup" on an object to select specific parts for individual 3D printing ; or select "Per-model" to set and adjust different material details simultaneously. (This function is available for Ultimaker Professional and Ultimaker Excellence users and is compatible with Windows systems.)

Cable parameters: USB upload without network connection.
In the past, when using third-party 3D printing cables for 3D printing , it was necessary to install the cable configuration parameters in the Ultimaker 3D printer beforehand using Ultimaker Cura via computer network. After the firmware update, it can be directly uploaded and installed by simply plugging in a USB, and the operation will not be interrupted even without network.
(Select the path: Settings Menu > Import Material Profiles. The system will automatically recognize and print the 3D profiles .)

After updating the firmware to version 6.5, a system upgrade is performed for the Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle 3D printer . After each 3D printing is completed or the material is changed, the system will automatically detect the status of the 3D printing filament end, and the Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle will start and enhance the "Deprime" process.

Troubleshooting ER998
ER998 (or ER27) is a system-wide error. If the system displays an ER998 error before updating the firmware, it will directly cause the touch screen to lock and become unusable. A restart is required to resolve the error, and if 3D printing is in progress, it will be forced to stop.
Now, users no longer need to restart the machine. They can click the "Refresh" button in the menu to reset the 3D printer 's status, which can greatly improve the success rate of 3D printing .
