1. Simplified Workflow
Now, you can easily connect all your Ultimaker 3D printers anytime, anywhere, through the "Ultimaker Digital Factory" within Ultimaker Cura.
When you log in to your Ultimaker Cura account, all your 3D printers will be automatically linked. Additionally, you can connect specific 3D printers by synchronizing your account using the "Add a Cloud printer" feature, without needing to restart the system.
2. Feature Upgrades
New features in Ultimaker Cura 4.7 include:
・Search Function Annotation Display
The Cura software offers a wide range of adjustment options for various settings, but some function names can be difficult to remember. In the latest Ultimaker Cura 4.7, descriptions have been added to each function name. ・Improved Rotation Accuracy
Ultimaker has added three sets of arrows indicating the X, Y, and Z axes to Cura software's rotation tool. After the system update, objects can be rotated precisely in 90-degree increments.
・Significantly Improved Performance and Speed
In previous system versions, placing multiple models on the work platform affected the processing performance and speed of Ultimaker Cura. To address this, the new version significantly improves system performance and processing speed.
・Even Clearer Display Mode
When using X-ray mode, areas with errors in the model were previously displayed in translucent green, but in the new version, they are changed to a more noticeable red. This allows for quick identification of areas that need correction before 3D printing.
