Wooden Maze Box

If you are looking for a cool gift, you should definitely give this a try! This small maze is not only fun to play with but also makes a heartfelt and unique gift. With just a bit of plywood and an acrylic sheet, you can start making it right away. The designer has provided a video tutorial showing how to set the correct carving paths, so you won't have any trouble during production.
In the CAM environment, you only need to set one "2D Pocket" operation. Use a flat end mill, select the maze path as your pocket shape, and set the depth to -5mm (using a ramp entry type). If needed, you can follow the step-by-step video instructions provided by the designer. Once configured, send the file to your machine, and the maze will be complete in about 43 hours.
When playing, use a small ball with a diameter of 3.5mm or less. For a cooler look or to prevent losing the ball, you can add an acrylic panel to seal the ball inside the maze.

Dice Box
 

If you love board games, you probably use a lot of dice. However, dice are easy to lose. When that happens, keep them stored together in this cool dice box!
It can hold up to seven 20-sided dice, but it also accommodates smaller dice. Since it can be made on the smallest A150 model, it is a project any Snapmaker user can take on.
The author of this model has created a detailed guide on how to set up the G-code in Fusion. First, specify the origin point and ensure it is set to the top surface of the workpiece. Use a flat end mill for the bottom part and a V-bit for the top part.
Once the carving is complete, polish the surface and apply a wood finish to make the box look even better. The designer uses linseed oil to bring out a beautiful shine in the wood. Finally, glue the magnets in place to finish it off.

Batman Lamp
 

If you're tired of mundane lighting and love DC Comics, you'll surely fall in love with this lamp. This project is themed after Batman and is made from black acrylic sheets carved with the Snapmaker A350 and a small 3D printed base that houses the LED control unit. The designer has also provided a video tutorial, making the assembly of this beautiful lamp smooth and straightforward.
To assemble the lamp, first stick the LED light strip to the contour of the 3D-printed base and insert the LED control unit into the hole on the opposite side. Then, simply glue the Batman logo to the printed base, and your beautiful lamp is complete.
Since the Batman logo is about 360mm wide, even with an A350T or Artisan, you will need to place it diagonally to carve it.
