The 10W laser module is equipped with the most advanced laser light, upgraded from 5W to 10W, which can process a wider range of materials. The engraving speed can reach up to 6000 mm/min, and it can cut linden wood up to 8 mm thick, which is 8 times faster than the 1.6W laser module!
In the past, every time a technology module ( 3D printing / laser engraving / CNC milling machine ) was changed, a calibration procedure was necessary to ensure the successful production of the finished product. However, with the upgraded 10W laser light, manual measurement is no longer required!
Simply place the material on the platform, and the module will automatically calculate and use triangulation technology to measure the material thickness using data from the camera and laser emitter, and automatically adjust the focus so that it falls precisely on the material surface, greatly improving focusing speed and convenience.
In the 10W laser module, the fast-axis collimation (FAC) lens of the laser photodiode compresses the laser beam spot of each laser photodiode, and uses beam combining technology to combine the laser beams of two laser photodiodes together, thereby generating higher output power.
The ultra-fine laser focus (0.05 mm × 0.2 mm) allows for higher energy density, a smaller laser focus area, and higher power. For example, in the image below, the wolf head details are presented with lifelike quality through ultra-fine laser focusing on black anodized aluminum.
The unique internal air duct of the 10W laser module provides excellent air pressure, which blows away the smoke when the laser beam cuts into the material and sends it directly into the grid of the laser engraving and cutting platform before exhausting it, reducing its interference with laser processing.
