Since the launch of the Einstar handheld 3D full-color ultra-high-speed scanner , it has achieved tremendous success in the entry-level 3D scanning market. 1. Lower the computer configuration requirements
EXStar v1.2 lowers the computer configuration requirements and maximizes the use of computer resources to support more powerful data processing capabilities.

• Recommended configuration:
Memory (RAM): 32GB or higher; Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX1050 or higher, dedicated graphics card memory: 6GB or higher; Processor: i7-11800H or higher.

• Minimum configuration:
Memory (RAM): 16GB or higher; Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX1050 or higher, dedicated graphics card memory: 4GB or higher; Processor: i5-1240P or higher.

EXStar v1.2 now captures data that is clearer and sharper.

EXStar v1.2 ensures high fidelity in color textures.

When generating point clouds, the speed is improved by more than 38%.

The project loading speed is 67% fast.

• Smaller project file size
Reduce project file size by up to 75% while ensuring data quality remains unaffected.

4. More powerful functions

• Alignment mode combination
Users now have more flexibility when choosing alignment modes. Features, textures, and markers can be combined arbitrarily.

• Automatic plane cutting
The cutting plane is automatically identified based on the desktop or flat surface. Data below the cutting plane is not captured, saving time in later editing and deleting irrelevant noise data.

• Adjust the dot spacing
The pixel spacing can be freely adjusted during scanning. Increasing the pixel spacing reduces the amount of data, while decreasing the pixel spacing enhances data detail.

• Marker/Point Cloud Editing
The markers and point clouds can be edited separately.

• Scan rollback
Up to 200 frames of scan data can be rewound. Even if errors or alignment problems occur during scanning, it is not necessary to rescan the entire data.

• Grid display type
The display type of the scanned model can be selected as triangle, wireframe, point cloud data, triangle and wireframe.

• Model Display
The 3D model rotates automatically based on the current viewpoint. The rotation speed can be adjusted as needed.

• Object mover
A three-axis object mover has been added to the precise alignment feature. Users can easily translate/rotate the model by dragging the mover.

• Quick Alignment
Easier to align 3D models to the world coordinate system. The aligned coordinate system is oriented with the Z-axis pointing upwards, the X-axis pointing forwards, and the Y-axis pointing to the right.

• Marker/Point Cloud Distance Measurement
It supports measuring global markers and point clouds, and the results can be saved locally.

• Shining 3D Digital Cloud
Users can upload scanned data to Shining 3D Digital Cloud and share it with others. Embedding 3D models in web pages is supported. (New users receive 5GB of free cloud storage.)

• 3Dconnexion CadMouse
Supports 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse. Keyboard shortcuts will be automatically enabled after installing 3DxWare software.
