【Event Report】3DMart Supports National Taiwan University MakeNTU Makeathon: Bambu Lab 3D Printers Power the Competition!
We are honored to sponsor the 2025 MakeNTU Makeathon, hosted by the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, once again this year.
This event combines hardware implementation, software development, and product design, allowing participants to bring their ideas to life in a short period and create tangible products that impact daily life!
Make NTU
The theme for 2025 MakeNTU is "hEphaEstus."
hEphaEstus is derived from Hephaestus, the ancient Greek god of fire and forge. A symbol of creativity and technology, Hephaestus was adept at transforming various materials into powerful, practical tools and equipment to solve challenges.
This perfectly embodies the maker spirit advocated by Make NTU. It combines hardware and software technology with ingenuity, challenging participants to explore and innovate, ultimately producing unique and practical works of value.
We hope participants will bravely face challenges just like Hephaestus and apply the knowledge and skills they have gained to real life. We want them to leverage existing hardware and software to turn their conceptual ideas into actual prototypes, using creativity to solve real-world problems.
Through the cycle of discovery and creation, we hope you experience the core principle of MakeNTU: "We need it, we make it."

Technical Requirements for 3D Printers in the Competition
The total competition time is 24 hours. After accounting for setup and buffer time, each team has an average of 1 hour of print time to ensure fair processing for all teams' works.
Therefore, the 3D printers at the venue require exceptional stability and efficient printing performance to ensure participants can complete their ideal designs within the time limit.
