Matterport Pro2 uses a dedicated tripod to scan spaces while rotating 360°. Install the dedicated app "Matterport Capture" on your smartphone or tablet, connect to the scanner via Wi-Fi, and you can easily start scanning with a single tap.
The Matterport 3D scanner is moved sequentially according to the size of the space being scanned, meticulously recording the entire area. The photographer stands behind the scanner to avoid being captured and rotates with the scanner to monitor the scanning progress. Remote control via the network is also possible, allowing real-time viewing of scan results on a smartphone or tablet.

When you create a Matterport account, you can upload your scanned spaces to a free cloud. Cloud editing features allow for various editing and customization options, such as image output, route settings, product description tags, VR navigation, and actual dimension measurements.
The previously introduced integration feature between Matterport and Google Street View allows you not only to share spaces via URL but also to publish them on Google Maps with simple operations. (Click here for a detailed tutorial)
