Who says Spider-Man doesn't have a home? Bring him straight to yours with 3D printing! Spider-Man: No Way Home, a head-to-head showdown with his arch-nemesis, the Green Goblin! We reveal the 8K production process for these high-precision character models. A comprehensive guide on how to use the Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K resin 3D printer. Check out the video for unboxing, software usage, and machine operation:
I. Z-Axis Calibration (Video 00:19)
After opening the box, place the 3D printer on a flat surface, remove the protective film, open the top cover, and take out the accessories. All necessary tools are included: power cable, scraper, gloves, funnel, USB drive, etc.
1. Loosen the set screws
Remove the resin vat and loosen the set screws on the left and right sides of the printing platform (it is not necessary to remove the platform itself).

2. Place paper and start with one touch
Place a sheet of paper on the LCD panel, tap "Z Calib" on the touchscreen, and the printing platform will automatically descend until it is in perfect contact with the LCD panel at the bottom.

3. Tighten screws and raise the platform
Once you have confirmed it is in complete contact with the paper and LCD panel, tighten the four screws on the left and right sides of the platform. Finally, tap "Done" on the screen; the platform will rise back to the top, and calibration is complete.
(Confirm the above three steps and ensure the bottom LCD curing light is functioning. Finally, install the resin vat and you are ready to print.)
II. 3D Model Slicing (Video 00:56)
The Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K uses CHITUBOX slicing software.
1. Click "Settings" to open the configuration screen.
2. Click the "Add" icon to open the machine selection screen and find the Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K.
3. Select the resin you are using.

4. Import the 3D model file and adjust detailed parameters according to your preferences and printing conditions.
5. Once settings are complete, drag the slider on the right to review and simulate the actual printing process. Before starting 3D printing, make sure supports are correctly set for all floating parts of the model.

Finally, click "Slice" to create the sliced file for the model. Once the software processing is finished, detailed information such as the type of resin used and estimated print time will be displayed. Save the file to a USB drive, load it into the machine, and start printing with the Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K.
III. 3D Printing Preparation (Video 01:35)
1. Add resin
Pour resin into the vat and stir gently with the scraper to ensure it is uniform.

2. Close the top cover
3. Upload file
Insert the USB drive and load the 3D model file.
4. Select file
Tap "3D Print" on the touchscreen and select the file from the USB drive.
5. Start work
Finally, tap "GO" to begin 3D printing.
IV. Post-processing (Video 02:36)
Once resin 3D printing is complete, there will be residual resin on the model surface. We used the WANHAO BOXMAN-1 UV Curing Chamber to cure the model and then removed the support structures.
1. Remove the printing platform
Remove the printing platform together with the 3D printed model.
2. Remove the model
Use the scraper to detach the finished model from the platform.
3. Clean the surface
Soak the model in alcohol to wash off any remaining resin on the surface.
4. Cure the model
Use the UV curing chamber to quickly cure the 3D printed model.
