This article will take you on a journey through the design, specifications, and actual user experience of this machine.

Unboxing and Accessories
Upon receiving the Prusa XL, the packaging was quite sturdy, with foam padding inside to secure all important parts and ensure they wouldn't be damaged during transport. The contents upon opening the box are as follows:
Prusa XL Main Unit (Pre-assembled Version)
Dual-nozzle module with replaceable PEI flexible steel plate
1 kg Prusament Original PLA
Tool set (hex wrench, nozzle cleaning needle, etc.)
Power cord and instruction manual
Prusa consistently maintains high-quality packaging and detailed documentation, making assembly and setup easy even for beginners.
Design and Structure
The Prusa XL features an all-metal frame with a CoreXY motion mechanism, which allows the machine to maintain stability even at high speeds compared to traditional models.
The machine is equipped with an automatic leveling bed (Load Cell technology) to ensure a perfect fit for the first layer of printing.
In addition, the dual printhead module is designed to move independently, and each printhead can be retracted separately to avoid dripping and contaminating the printed materials.
The nozzles are easy to replace and support sizes of 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm and even larger, to meet different printing needs.

Printing Experience and Testing
Prusa XL can be managed via Prusa Connect.
The screen features a full-color touch design for intuitive operation.
In the printing test, we used PLA for two-color printing to test interlayer adhesion and switching efficiency.
The results showed that the nozzle switching time was short, there was no dripping, and the surface quality was excellent.
The automatic leveling system performed exceptionally well, with extremely high uniformity in the first layer.
